Testimony 32
In one of the prayer sessions, I saw the upper body of Jason and Juliet and they were both smiling. They were positioned close to each other; as though posing for a photo shot. However, I didn’t know them well, and I didn’t feel any propelling urge to disclose my vision, so I held back.
One year later, I met Jason at a church seminar, and we reminisced about the retreat we attended. He talked about how taking part in choir had strained his relationship with his wife. The couple would quarrel every time before setting out for the choir practices. Jason shared that he had no family and personal time because of his CERM and other church commitments. Both of them looked happy but I didn’t realise they were actually having differences of opinions. I wondered what would have happened if I shared with them the imagery. Would they need to go through so much bickering or things would remain the same? Anyway, they are now a peaceful couple after reviewing the level of responsibilities in church. The priests understand the situation well and always advocate that family comes before church.
