Testimony 28

We were praying in a weekly prayer session when suddenly a vision came to me. At this point of time, I was still not very sure about what I saw. Often I saw imagery of doves, eagles, Mary and Jesus. I often wonder at the meaning of this gift of vision. Do I just see randomly? Do I need to interpret? What do I need to do? This time the imagery was very intense, there was no need to decipher any meaning. I felt it in my being.

I saw a smiling Jesus in a white tunic with open arms, the background was in light blue, it seemed like He was in the sky. Doves started to appear out of Him and there was light all around, it was a magnificent sight. I felt so brightened up and hopeful. But in the next moment, I saw what was below Jesus, it was a dark purple earth. It was a stark contrast from what was above. The dark purple earth was discharging a sense of gloom and despair. This caused me to fill with sorrow, and this bitterness turned into tears in the next few seconds.
